代理 (家长/监护人) 指令

代理 Access provides you the ability to view 你的学生’s academic records, financial aid and account information online. The student must first create an account and authorize access for you to view this information. You must have a valid email address for a student to create a proxy account for you and in order to access the Student System. Each 代理 Profile (parent/guardian) must have a unique email address; there cannot be multiple proxy users attached to one email address. 但是，单个代理用户 (using the same email address) can be set up as proxy to multiple students (i.e. if you have 2 children attending 火博体育大学 at the same time). 当 你的学生 creates your 代理 Access account, you will receive a "新的代理用户请求" email with authentication instructions.

INITIAL PROXY ACCESS LOGIN AND ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT

Once 你的学生 has created a proxy profile for you, click the one-time use Action 邮件中的链接URL
you received to complete the setup of your 代理 Access account. Action Link URL will only work for 7 days from the date you receive the email.

Action Link URL will take you to the page below where you will enter (copy and paste) the initial temporary password provided in a separate email.

After you enter the initial temporary password, click Submit and you will be taken to the following page (Reset Password) where you will enter your email address, the initial temporary password as the “Initial Password" and your new Password of your 选择. Enter your new Password a second time in the Validate Password field and 单击Submit按钮.

IMPORTANT: New passwords cannot exceed 15 characters and should not include a dash 或破折号.

After resetting your Password you will be directed to the 代理 Access Login page (如下所示). This is the page where you will now login any time you wish to access the Student System pages you are authorized to view by 你的学生. 的URL the 代理 Access login page (after initial setup has been completed) is:

Enter your proxy email address as the Username and the new Password you established 并单击“登录”按钮.

ACCESSING STUDENT SYSTEM PAGES AS A PROXY

Once you have logged into the Student System as a proxy, you will be brought to the 代理 Access Home page shown below

On this Home page you will see a section for each student who has granted you access to any pages in the Student System. To view a page a student has authorized you to view, use the dropdown that appears to the right of the student’s name to select the 您想要查看的页面. If you have more than one student who has authorized you access to their information, all the names will be listed down the page.

当 you click a link to an authorized page, such as 账户汇总, you will be brought to that page for the student. 当 you are finished viewing the information, you can navigate back to the 代理 Home page by either clicking on the Home breadcrumb link or the Skidmore Logo in the upper left-hand corner of the browser window (both options shown below).

To logout of the Student System 代理 Access, click on the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window, and then click on Sign Out.

After authenticating your account for the first time, access proxy login at the following URL:

Enter your proxy email address and the Password you created during the initial setup process and then click Sign In.

重置密码

If you cannot remember your Password, enter your proxy email address and click the 忘记密码链接. You will be sent an email with another temporary URL that will assist you in setting up a new password.
